A Theme for Equal Protection Under The Law
We The People shall receive equal protection under all laws and statutes1 of the governmental jurisdiction to which The People are subject; be it under the federal, state, county, municipality, neighborhood or other jurisdictions within the USA.
We The People shall explicitly enumerate our rights to equal protection of the laws and statutes which shall extend beyond the 14th amendment’s requirement for state laws and statutes. It shall be extended to federal law and statutes, county statutes, municipality statues and neighborhood statutes and to all statutes to which The People are subject. All citizens within the USA, including all politicians, all governmental members, shall, at all times, be equally subject to all laws and statutes within the jurisdiction they are present without exemption, exception or targeting.
This mandate requiring equal protection of the law and statute will add a redundant mandate to that which requires equal taxation without exemption, exception or targeting.
Let our constitution mandate true equality for all under the laws and statutes of our nation and finally live up to the Declaration of Independence’s decree “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal ••• ” whereby The People shall govern themselves equally under all laws and statutes set forth by We The People.
The following are excerpts from Restore Our Union’s proposed constitutional amendment that further enumerates the equal protection of the laws and statutes for all citizens under all levels of government:
k. The Constitution of the USA guarantees equal protection of USA citizens under all laws and statutes of the governmental jurisdiction to which all citizens are subject be it under the federal, state, county, municipality, neighborhood or other jurisdictions. Implicit within this mandate; all laws shall be executed equally within the governmental jurisdiction to which citizens are subject.
a. This equal protection mandate is all inclusive of citizens of the USA including all governmental members and all without exception, exemption and targeting.
